On the 50th anniversary of Title being signed into law, the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) released proposed new Title IX regulations. DOE invites public comment.

The proposed regulations will be open for comment for 60 days from the date of publication in the Federal Register. Comments may be submitted via the Federal eRulemaking Portal HERE If
accommodations are needed, or if comments may not be made through the Portal, page 4 of the unofficial version of the proposed regulations (see above) identifies the contact person to seek assistance from.
