Cost:  $400 per school district for the entire package of trainings, including a recording of each component of the program and forms relating to complaints and investigations, with license to these items at your campuses  throughout the 2020-2021 school year.

Part I:  Training for All District Staff and Administrators (9:00 am – 9:45 am)

What all District employees need to know:  how to identify sexual harassment as now defined under the new regulations and how to report it.

Part II:  Specialized Training for Title IX Coordinators and Facilitators (9:45 am – 11:00 am)

Thorough training on the new Title IX regulations, including the required new grievance process, focusing on the expanded role of the Title IX Coordinator, new burden of proof requirements, the formal complaint process, dismissal, voluntary resolution, and the role of facilitators. 

Part III:  Specialized Training for Investigators and Decisionmakers (11:00 am – 12 noon)

Training on the required investigation process into sexual harassment under the new regulations, including the required training for investigators on how to conduct an investigation and write an investigative report. The required training for decisionmakers on the new decision-making process and the new written  determination requirements will also be covered.
